The Falcon-1335MRH is a 13MP monochrome rolling shutter USB 3.2 Gen1 camera built on the Onsemi AR1335 sensor with VCM autofocus and validated specifically for ROI based auto exposure in medical and life sciences imaging. In microscopy, pathology, and diagnostic setups, the specimen usually fills only part of the frame, while bright slide margins, light source edges, and glass glare fill the rest. A camera that meter’s exposure across the entire frame sets brightness for that surrounding clutter instead of the region a technician or algorithm needs to read. The Falcon-1335MRH meters exposure inside a defined region of interest, so brightness follows the specimen rather than its surroundings. Paired with VCM autofocus and an M12 lens mount, the module gives equipment manufacturers sharp, consistently exposed monochrome frames at full 13MP resolution. Output modes span full 13MP capture down to 4K, 1080p, and 720p.
