Gold X2 to Begin Trading On NYSE American September 8

Gold X2 Mining (TSXV: AUXX) has received approval to list its common shares on the NYSE American, with trading expected to begin on September 8, 2026 under the symbol AUXX.

The company will keep its existing listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, where its shares also trade as AUXX. The dual listing means the same ticker will follow the stock across both markets.

Gold X2’s OTCQB quotation under the symbol GSHRF will cease once trading opens on the NYSE American. That shifts the company’s US presence from the over-the-counter market onto a national exchange, which typically widens the set of institutions permitted to hold a name and brings the added disclosure and governance obligations that come with an exchange listing.

“Listing on the NYSE American represents an important milestone for Gold X2 as we continue to broaden our investor base and increase the Company’s visibility in the U.S. capital markets,” said Michael Henrichsen, chief executive officer and director.

Behind the listing sits the Moss Gold Project in Ontario, a wholly owned, advanced-stage asset with highway access, nearby hydroelectric power and a resource base updated earlier this year. The 2026 estimate outlines 2.458 million ounces of indicated gold in 73.8 million tonnes grading 1.04 g/t, alongside 4.209 million ounces of inferred gold in 134.7 million tonnes grading 0.97 g/t. Silver resources total 3.160 million ounces indicated and 6.273 million ounces inferred.

Gold X2 Mining last traded at $10.89 on the TSX Venture.
