Goliath Resources (TSXV: GOT) said Monday that drilling has confirmed multiple broad intervals of gold mineralization connecting the Bonanza and Golden Gate zones at its Surebet discovery on the wholly owned Golddigger property in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.
The link takes the form of two newly defined volcanic “wedge” zones sitting at the intersection of the two higher-grade areas. Both remain open for expansion.
The wedges are characterized by gold bearing quartz-sulphide mineralization, including visible gold to the naked eye, in intervals that typically run 10 to 50 meters in drill core. Grades reach 3.60 g/t gold equivalent, with widths of up to 58 meters.

Collectively, those intervals define a mineralized area extending as much as 310 meters in length and 110 meters vertically, made up of numerous stacked veinlets. One wedge sits in the south-central part of the known system. The second falls within a recently announced 540 meter step-out to the southwest.
The company describes the intercepts as dense networks of thin mineralized veinlets, interpreted as fractures filled by mineralizing fluids within structural damage zones that developed around the Bonanza-Golden Gate junctions. The lower grade wedge material folds the two higher grade zones into a single, broader volume of rock, a geometry better suited to bulk mining than to selective narrow-vein extraction.

“Every drilling season at the Surebet discovery has brought pleasant surprises and we are seeing that again in 2026,” said Roger Rosmus, founder and chief executive officer. “Considering the meters of drilling to date, north of 180,000, it is remarkable that as we follow the gold mineralization, we continue to expand the system.”
Rosmus added that the wedges lie close to the large northeast fault, which he said could act as a conduit.
Monday’s results cap a busy month. On August 24, the company said 2026 drilling had grown the Golden Gate zone to 1.17 square kilometers from 0.85 and the Bonanza zone to 1.51 square kilometers from 1.27, lifting the overall Surebet footprint 12% to 2.01 square kilometers.
Seven rigs are turning on a roughly 50,000 meter program, and assays remain pending on additional wedge-zone holes.
